Your growth engine should be something the business can trust.

My name is Pratibha Jain, a fractional growth marketing leader based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I partner with B2B technology companies, stepping in to build a demand generation engine from scratch or optimize one that's no longer delivering results.

I've led demand generation and growth marketing at companies including Anaplan, Rancher Labs, and Gradle, across enterprise planning software, cloud infrastructure, HR technology, developer tools, data security, and enterprise storage.

Every company is different, but the question I always ask is the same: What's the fastest, most credible way to build pipeline this business can trust?

I don't stop at recommendations. I define the programs, plans, and priorities needed for successful execution.

03

Fast ramp-up.

I quickly understand your market, buyers, and sales motion.

04

Repeatable playbooks.

Proven frameworks refined across multiple B2B technology companies, so you don't have to start from scratch.

Work that moved
the numbers.

Two engagements. Two different stages. One focus: creating a clearer path to pipeline.

10-20hours / week

Flexible to scale up or down as your needs evolve.

Embedded enough
to make it happen.

I plug in where companies often have the biggest gap: not just creating the strategy, but turning it into execution-ready marketing programs. I develop the campaign plans, messaging, content, landing pages, email nurtures, webinar programs, paid campaign strategy, sales enablement materials, and other assets needed to bring the strategy to life.

I then partner with your existing team or external specialists to execute, measure, and optimize the programs.

Staffing & Workforce Solutions Company

Building an integrated demand engine from the ground up

Fractional Head of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

01

The challenge

Marketing lead volume had been flat to declining year over year. There were no integrated campaigns, paid media, or event strategy - and only one lead type was tracked. Sales had limited visibility into marketing activity, with no way to capture buying signals before a prospect filled out a form.

02

What I did

  • Launched four quarter-long integrated campaigns across the company's core verticals, spanning AV and EV, Lab, AI and ML, and Higher Education
  • Built and ran a paid media strategy from scratch, driving awareness and qualified leads
  • Stood up an event strategy encompassing four industry events and several regional events
  • Expanded lead tracking from one type to three tiers, giving sales far more to work with
  • Strengthened the marketing and sales feedback loop, so both teams had shared visibility into what was working
03

The results

~$1M

potential pipeline from onsite meetings at a flagship conference, with an event investment of about $25K

100+

new leads and roughly $150K in potential pipeline from a targeted industry event

100%+

year-over-year growth in marketing qualified leads in Q1 2026

organic search rankings across every priority segment

04

Why it worked

The gains came from treating paid media, events, SEO, and integrated campaigns as one connected system instead of separate projects, and from moving fast enough to test, learn, and adjust within a quarter. Having built similar demand generation playbooks across multiple B2B technology companies, I was able to move quickly: launch campaigns faster, focus events on the right audiences, and implement lead qualification models that sales could immediately put to use.

Identity Verification Technology Company

Laying the strategic groundwork for account based growth

Fractional Marketing Advisor

01

The challenge

This identity verification technology company needed to sharpen how it targeted and engaged its highest-value accounts. The team lacked defined personas for its key verticals, had no lead scoring system to help sales prioritize the right accounts, and had never formally planned an account-based marketing program, despite ABM being the clear right fit for their sales motion.

02

What I did

  • Developed personas for each of the company's key verticals, giving marketing and sales a shared definition of the ideal buyer in every segment
  • Built the company's lead scoring model from the ground up, then vetted it with stakeholders across the business to confirm it reflected how sales actually prioritized accounts
  • Created the full project plan to implement lead scoring, from model design through rollout
  • Outlined a complete account-based marketing implementation plan, including program goals, key deliverables, anticipated challenges, success metrics, an implementation roadmap, and a plan for ongoing optimization
03

Strategic foundation

The engagement wrapped when the company was acquired, so results after handoff are not available. By the end of the engagement, the company had:

  • Defined buyer personas across key target verticals
  • A stakeholder-validated lead scoring model
  • A phased ABM roadmap ready for implementation
04

Why it worked

Every deliverable, from the personas and lead scoring model to the ABM plan, was built and vetted directly with the key stakeholders who would ultimately use it, so the company walked away with a plan built for their business, not a generic framework.
